Artwork Fees: All artwork creations & modifications must be paid for. This is not a free service. Any artwork (edited or created) attached remains the property of Q PRINT & SIGNS unless a licensing fee for each signed off file design has been paid for. The copyright to the design remains the property of Q PRINT & SIGNS until such licensing fees are paid, or express permission has been given by Q PRINT & SIGNS staff. It is an infrigenment of copyright to reproduce any artwork created by Q PRINT & SIGNS if the licensing fee has not been paid. If you you have any queries regarding artwork & licensing, please contact Q PRINT & SIGNS immediately.

Design / Labour Fees: Some print & sign jobs require manual labour to complete. This will be charged as a labour fee. Instances of this fee is for manual folding, manual collation, application to substrates, layout setup onto templates.

Quotations: Any written/email quote given is valid for up to 30 days of this email being created. Quotes provided may not include any discounts that may be applicable to you. If you are unsure, please contact us for further clarification. Quotes provided are based on the information you, the customer provide us. Common mistakes customers neglect to advise is double sided printing, paper type, paper size and other finishing options. Labour is a component that may not be quoted if you have failed to provide us with all the necessary information, or the artwork you provide us is not satisfactory for our templates or printing processes.

Payments: Payment must be made in full at the time of ordering or on collection, unless the transaction value exceeds $100, therefore payment must be made on ordering. Account facilities are not offered. Educational facilities that receive special pricing, must pay on collection.

Install Services: If a date & time has been set, please adhere to this as further fees may apply if you fail to keep the date & time free. If you are unable to meet this obligation, please contact Q PRINT & SIGNS as soon as possible.

Returns/Refunds: Q PRINT & SIGNS offers returns on faulty goods and products on presentation of your original receipt and for up to 1 year, with the exception of ink & toner cartridges which is 3 months. A 20% re-stocking fee will apply for returned un-opened cartridges which are not normally stocked by Q PRINT & SIGNS and were specifically ordered in for your purchase. Un-opened stock only accepted unless faulty.

Email Lists: Q PRINT & SIGNS will not sell your email address to a third-party user, nor will Q PRINT & SIGNS accept that you will provide/sell our email address to a third-party or business without consent. Penalty for providing our email address to mailing lists will result in legal action taken against you and your company.
